Launching April 2013, Beagle is a new restaurant & bar set in three beautifully restored railway arches in Hoxton.
Heading up the kitchen will be one of London's most exciting young chefs, James Ferguson (former Head Chef at Rochelle Canteen), who will deliver seasonal, produce led British cooking, with menus changing on a daily basis. James will be using a traditional wood grill for much of his cooking.
In the adjoining bar, Beagle will serve knock-out cocktails along with British beers and wines by the carafe or bottle. Bar Manager Myles Davies (formerly of Viajante & Hix) will oversee the short, seasonal & vibrant cocktail list.
Beagle will also boast a large south facing outdoor seating area for up to 60 covers, on pedestrianised Geffrye Street.
